As Admin Support for Eagle Sentry, you will work provide valuable support for the department to which you are assigned. This is an important role that requires clear communication at all times. You will work closely with department managers, other admins, and field project managers to ensure that projects are running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Documentation and records management including maintaining files, warranties, maintenance schedules, and contracts to ensure information is properly filed and organized
- Assist with scheduling and coordination for department manager including verifying that all necessary information is provided daily
- Assist with tracking orders including the fulfillment of sales orders
- Assisting with budget management
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, partners, builders or clients who need information
- Assist with the administrative tasks associated with scheduling training and tracking employee progress
- Maintain and update documentation regularly
- Serve as project support to ensure the project management process is being followed and maintained
- Call customers from previous day for feedback
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the low voltage or construction industries
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
- Experience using Egnyte, Dialpad, Service Titan, and/or QuickBooks Time a plus
- Positive, can-do attitude required
- Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
- Skillful in data management and analysis preferred
- Proven problem solver that takes initiative
- Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proven track record of delivering superior customer service preferred
- Proven team player mentality
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Be a genuinely nice person that brings a great attitude to work every day
Note: This is a full-time, onsite position.
