All requests will be scheduled as soon as possible. This form is monitored in real-time and an Eagle Sentry Representative will call you back to confirm our availability or when possible, help you remotely troubleshoot your issue.

What is the difference between a protection and performance system?

To better serve our clients, we have two divisions that our technicians specialize in: Protection and Performance. Our Protection Division encompasses all-things security including alarm systems, access control, and surveillance. Our Performance Division encompasses the technology that automates and enhances a home including networking, shades, audio/video, and automation systems.

Will my service be covered under warranty?

Equipment is considered under warranty for one-year from the date of installation. If the equipment is damaged by something directly caused by the owner, service will not be covered.

How much do you charge for service not under warranty?

We strive to provide superior service. Service not under warranty is billed at the following rates:

$150 per hour (during business hours)
$225 per hour (after hours)

Service charges are billed at a one hour minimum. Payment is due at the time of the visit. Service rates effective 1/1/22. All previous service rate prices have been discontinued.

Do you service systems that you did not install?

We do offer system takeover options that include us reviewing your Protection and/or Performance needs, providing an estimate to get your system working properly, allowing us to service it hassle-free on an ongoing basis.
