As an Alarm Technician for Eagle Sentry, you will be working primarily on installing alarm and surveillance systems. You will also be well versed in different products and be able to make recommendations to sales staff and/or clients directly. You will be responsible for making sure customers receive a demo and know where to find important resources on their system.

What You’ll Do
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct yourself with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
- Install or service customer alarm and surveillance systems
- Work with sales to install systems as they were sold
- Assess job and make recommendations directly to sales staff for any changes
- Complete installation and give full demonstration to customer
- Install systems based on Eagle Sentry standards
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our systems and the latest technology
- Use Service Titan software for timely dispatch, arrival and completion of jobs
- Use QuickBooks Time software for accurate timesheet reporting
- Communicate with Service Department manager and CSR with status updates on jobs
- Collect payment for jobs that are complete and invoiced
- Maintain a safe jobsite for yourself and others around you
- Always practice safe use of ladders and scaffolding
- Maintain a clean and organized work van, inside and out at all times
- Arrive to work on time, in uniform, with proper tools and prepared for work each day
- Be respectful of the customers home and belongings
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in a technician role, ideally in the A/V industry or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
- Experience using Dialpad, Service Titan, GeoTab and/or QuickBooks Time a plus
- Positive, can-do attitude required
- Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
- Skillful in data management and analysis preferred
- Proven problem solver that takes initiative
- Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proven track record of delivering superior customer service preferred
- Proven team player mentality
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Be a genuinely nice person that brings a great attitude to work every day
Note: This is a full-time, onsite position.
