As the Lighting Manager for Eagle Sentry, you will be working on overseeing the installation and execution of hundreds of LED and centralized lighting installations per year. This is a role that requires effective leadership, adaptability, and clear communication. You will work closely with department managers, division supervisors, and field project managers to effectively carry out your responsibilities. You will be trusted to nurture relationships with our clients and oversee a team of technicians. It's a role that hinges on successful collaboration.

What You’ll Do
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain excellent working relationship with all our clients
- Schedule technicians to install and complete lighting systems
- Visit jobsites as needed to verify quality of work and verify efficient work
- Maintain a clean schedule in Service Titan
- Attend pre-planning meetings with sales and management team
- Meet with technicians every morning for material needs and job updates
- Assist engineering with job planning and design
- Maintain excellent communications with clients and internal staff
- Develop direct customer relationship through completion of job
- Return all voice, text and email requests the same day
- Make sure technicians are in uniform and prepared for their daily work
- Verify all job completion checklists
- Work with our safety director to maintain a safe working environment
- Verify inventory needs with warehouse and purchasing to make sure your department has sufficient stock.
- Conduct weekly vehicle checks to make sure the company vehicles are in good order and are clean and maintained
- Utilize QuickBooks Time for accurate employee timesheet reporting
- Utilize Geotab for technician location and trip related information
- Manage your team with respect and leadership
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the shade industry
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
- Industry Certifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
- Experience using Egnyte, Trainual, Dialpad, Service Titan, GeoTab and/or QuickBooks Time a plus
- Positive, can-do attitude required
- Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
- Skillful in data management and analysis preferred
- Proven problem solver that takes initiative
- Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proven track record of delivering superior customer service preferred
- Proven team player mentality
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar

Note: This is a full-time, onsite position.
