Job Title: Pre-wire Technician

Reports to: Performance Division Project Manager

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

As a Pre-wire Technician for Eagle Sentry, you will be working primarily on completing residential pre-wires. You will be able to maintain a good relationship with all trades on the jobsite, especially our builder partners. You will be able to plan for efficiency and communicate clearly.

What You’ll Do

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Conduct yourself with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
• Maintain a good relationship with all trades on the jobsite, especially our builder
• Complete residential pre-wires based on Eagle Sentry standards
• Thoroughly plan pre-wire for the most efficient outcome
• Work with other technicians to be productive and have a good workflow
• Communicate any changes or issues with your direct supervisor
• Complete job completion checklist once job is complete and turn in for review
• Be efficient with material and do not waste 
• Use Service Titan software for timely dispatch, arrival and completion of jobs
• Use QuickBooks Time software for accurate timesheet reporting 
• Maintain a safe jobsite for yourself and others around you
• Always practice safe use of ladders and scaffolding
• Maintain a clean jobsite and do not leave trash or empty boxes on the jobsite
• Maintain a clean and organized work van, inside and out at all times
• Arrive to work on time, in uniform, with proper tools and prepared for work each day
• Be respectful of the customers home 

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a technician role, ideally in the A/V industry or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
• Experience using Dialpad, Service Titan, GeoTab and/or QuickBooks Time a plus
• Positive, can-do attitude required
• Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
• Skillful in data management and analysis preferred
• Proven problem solver that takes initiative
• Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Proven track record of delivering superior customer service preferred
• Proven team player mentality
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar
