Job Title: Sales Advisor

Reports to: President 

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

As a Sales Advisor for Eagle Sentry, you will be working on finding new opportunities for sales, working with existing customers for upgrades, and preparing estimates for closing deals. This is a role that requires a growth mindset, product knowledge, preparation, and above all the ability to follow-through.

What You’ll Do

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Efficiently handle all incoming sales leads
  • Provide customers with excellent customer service
  • Create well designed estimates that have the customers best interest in mind
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of our offerings and the latest technology
  • Respond to customer requests the same day
  • Utilize Eagle Sentry standards in providing proper designs and estimates
  • Maintain a clean email account and task list to be efficient and accurate 

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in the A/V industry or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience using Dialpad, Service Titan, GeoTab and/or QuickBooks Time a plus
  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
  • Skillful in data management and analysis preferred
  • Proven problem solver that takes initiative
  • Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Proven track record of delivering superior customer service preferred
  • Proven team player mentality
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar 
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Be a genuinely nice person that brings a great attitude to work every day

Note: This is a full-time, onsite position.
