Job Title: Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager for Eagle Sentry, you will be working on warehousing and distribution operations.You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products to employees for jobs. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
You will work closely with technicians and managers as well as the Chief Operating Officer to effectively carry out your responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Receive all incoming shipments into warehouse
- Verify shipments are in good order and are not damaged
- Process and stage all product in designated areas
- Input all incoming and outgoing transactions into Quickbooks
- Process all daily sales orders for requested inventory
- Check out inventory to technicians for daily jobs
- Verify all requested product is checked out to a job
- Check in all returned product and return to shelf
- Check in all RMA product and verify procedures are followed
- Manage RMA return procedure is followed and credit or product is received
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse
- Arrive to work on time, in uniform and prepared for work each day
- Always practice safe use of warehouse equipment and surroundings
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management
- Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration preferred (Preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Quickbooks Inventory
- Positive, can-do attitude required
- Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven problem solver that takes initiative
- Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proven team player mentality
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar
